If a product failure occurs, the electronics will be “repaired” as long as parts are available for the life of the plan. Should product ever need to be “replaced” outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, the Protection Plan will have deemed to be fulfilled. A new Protection Plan will be offered for purchase should that situation arise.

You will not be responsible for any labor associated with “repair” or “replace” events for the life of the plan. We will only ask to be reimbursed for any shipping costs.

With the Protection Plan, all Bluetooth/Firmware/Software updates are free of charge for the life of the plan.
